Hi Rebecca and thanks for the speedy reply!

No, I am not duplicating the variant in the item details section. Additionally, I've found that on some occasions the "conditions" field appears with the other, standard variations (size, size type, color, etc.) and sometimes, it does not.

I went into the eBay lister to see what would happen doing it "their way." When I started a variations listing on eBay, I didn't notice a field for conditions on their side at all! (very strange)

I'll try emailing Customer Support. Thanks for the tip!
