confirm page?

I did a few listings earlier and did not have this, but now when I am listing items using "create similar" as I always do, it is giving me another page with a message to confirm this listing as new. Is this really necessary? It takes even longer to post, as it is one more page that we must wait to load! Pleeeaaase change this back! It's already taking long enough with the whole bandwidth issue, and this just makes it even worse!!
