Confused about the store format? HELP

So maybe I am making this tougher than it needs to be but... what is an auctiva store? I know that all of my ebay auction items appear scrolling through viewed auctions and are called a store window. Does the auctiva store listing service work with an ebay store? I love auctiva's format and I am think about opening an ebay store soon and would like to continue using auctiva for all listings. I dont care for ebays turbo lister. I have purchased a domain name-how to I go about activating the domain to go to my ebay store when it is punched in to the address bar of a browser?
