I can tell by your questions that your evaluating the "classic" Auctiva vs. the new online services. The "classic" questions about the desktop Poster/Mr. Poster generally are discussed in those sections of the Forum, and the members that work with the new services (like me) are likely to give answers couched in how new works.

A token in the new service is created between ebay and your Auctiva online account, i.e. one token. That gives you the ability to create and list with the new service using the online one-page lister, similar to ebay's online one-page lister. For multiple users, you'd need to have the ability to have your group concurrently login to your account. I don't know if that's possible, or whether Auctiva has a solution.
