Braxtonbunch is right I tried to make a new plan and the cursor sticks in the variable option.

what is the difference in Graduated and Scaling?quote:
lets say you set up the variable rate as-
0-250 at 30%, 250.01-500 at 25%, 500.01-1000 at 20%, 1000.01 and above at 15%. In Graduated if the item sells for 500.00 the whole item is charged 25%. In Scaling the first 250 is charged 30%, the second 250.01 to 500 is charged at 25% and so on.
I may have Graduated and Scaling backwards.
