Auctiva Mike,

I give up. I'm canceling my Auctiva account. Maybe when you get things straightened out, I'll come back. But until then, my time is worth more to me than spending hours trying to use Auctiva. I've used Auctiva for a long time and I am sorry to be leaving. But I do not prepare listings just for the fun of it . . . I count on the profits I make. Maybe if enough Auctiva uers leave, the financial impact will make Auctiva seriously resolve these issues. I hope so, because I used to really enjoy the relationship I had with your company.
