Katrinka, thanks for your encouraging knowledge that you are passing on to Auctiva. As a business owner for more then 25 years you are right on with your suggestions. I have not honestly seen on these boards in the past such a encouraging suggestion. Most of the time it is with complaint and gripes. Which we know will not get attention. There is a great book that has been around for years "How to Win Friends" and one of the key points is "you cannot attract the bees with vinegar, USE HONEY" (my quote). Thanks for using honey, I am sure this will be a great encouragement and probably help implement improvement soon.
