Hi vintagetemptations,

I'm sorry to hear that you are still unable to see the "Submit" button on the support request form. I checked each of our servers and this button is appearing on my end, so I suspect you must not have emtied your cache properly. If you had multiple browser windows open when you tried to clear your cache, that is most likely the reason.
