Since the Sellathon counter is not being appended to your listings, and the "Select a Counter" box is greyed out on the Auctiva lister page within your account, I suspect a Sellathon account has not been created in association with your Auctiva account.

If you contact our customer support department using the appropriate link on our help page, http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx, we'll be happy to review your account and see if we can figure out what's going on.
