Reply to "Counter and Editing Relist help please."

Auctiva support has been great in trying to resolve the counter problem. (they can't fix it, but the effort is there - LOL) I have a support request into Sellathon, but its early and I haven't received a response yet. The problem seems to be an error at the Sellathon signup page. My username (example) is xxx-xxx
It is pre-printed on their page "stacked as
xxx

xxx

with no way to delete and correct it. Anyone encountered this one before?
