The Sellathon support queue is clean so I'm not sure why you haven't received a response to your case. Did you submit your Sellathon help request by completing the web form at http://sellathon.com/support.html ?

In any event, if you let me know your Auctiva(or Sellathon) username, I'll see if I can figure out what's going on.
