Reply to "Counters not showing up"

I am having that problem as well. I get a kickitback counter when I post but no sellathon counter and no way to enter and no new listings for "Click here to see my other items, ranked by popularity!". After the item ends, the sellathon counter appears. I need to get things straightened out. Any help?
