Reply to "Counters NOT Viewable- Repeat Post Since No Answer"

Argh!!!! What am I doing wrong? At the bottom,
I see the Sellathon Auction Services, but no count & when I click there, it takes me to "Sorry, this seller is currently not a user of Sellathon's ViewTracker™ service." Am I overlooking something simple? I have to go into Auctiva active listings to find a count....
