Yes, you can create your eBay store listings using the Auctiva lister page. To accomplish this, simply select the "Store Item" radial button at the upper right of the "New Listing" page.

Also, if you have created categoried within your eBay store, you can update them in the Auctiva system by going to Auctiva -> My Account(Tab) -> Ebay Settings, and clicking the "Update Store Categories from eBay" link. Once you have done this, there will be two pull down menus directly below the category field on the Auctiva lister page, from which you can specify up to two of your custom eBay store categories for each item.
