Create listing in Auctiva but list through eBay?

I'm wondering if I want to list my items thru eBay rather than Auctiva can I design my listings in Auctiva, copy (somehow) the entire listing's html and then paste that into eBay's listing form, and also host my photos thru Auctiva? I really like designing my page thru auctiva but I'm considering this because it's frustrating how long it takes for my listings to appear in eBay (6 hours at least)when I list thru Auctiva. I'm only a tad bit familiar with html so a "..for dummies" response would be appreciated
