Yes - I'm sure it's eBay as well. And I have talked to them and you're right - they said my listing through another source had nothing to do with it. Right! I've cut my listing time down using Auctiva as well- and I love using it but I'm consistently 6 hrs plus before eBay indexes me. I try to drive visitors to the Auctiva store page every way I can but I'm still not hitting eBay's "newly listed" searches when I want to - that's why I'm trying to find the best of both worlds.
