No one was more surprised than me that my listings showed up so soon. However, I HAVE had them take up to 12 hours which is totally unacceptable. So either way, IT IS NOT AUCTIVA, it is Ebay, for anyone reading this....

BTW, does anyone have a link to info on this alleged class action lawsuit mentioned above?? Just wonder if it's for real, or just rumor. I'm going to see if I can find something about that...
