Hi Sam999,

I would open a Support Case reporting the problem with IE7 - Vista.

I just tried using IE8 in Compatibility Mode and that didn't fail either.

It's possible something is blocking the script from running, I think this one loads from Google's library. Any chance you have a antivirus/firewall product blocking scripts from other than host domain loading?

In the interum, you might try installing Firefox. It's an easy install and provides a good fallback for sites with bugs. You could also update to IE8, as more sites are now adopting the code for recognition and support.
