Reply to ""...cross scripting" error message in Item Specifics"

Hi funbythefoot,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I have not heard of this error being generated on the Custom Item Specifics page before and I am not sure why that is happening for you, but I did a bit of research on the error and it appears that you may be able to prevent these errors from being displayed by disabling the “Enable XSS Filter” setting within Internet Explorer.

If you would like to give this a shot, you should be able to disable this setting via the following process:

1)Click the “Tools” menu within Internet Explorer and then select “Internet Options”
2) Click the "Security" tab
3) Click the "Custom Level" button"
4) Scroll to the bottom of the list
5) Select "Disable" under "Enable XSS Filter"
6) Save the changes
