Reply to "custom emails after feedback received?"

Hello GE,

While Auctiva does offer some custom emails you can send to you buyers, many of which do have automated triggers, the Auto Feedback tool we offer is the only tool which responds to feedback.

You can enable Auto Feedback from the Feedback option from the My Account menu of your account.

You can see more about the available custom emails and the types available by selecting Manage or Create New from the Custom Email section from the Sales menu.
