Custom Item Specifics, No Details Showing Up, Have to Input Manually

When I click on Custom Item Specifics usually you select from the drop down with prefilled info, but nothing shows up. Everything has to be input manually. Such as Size, Brand, Material, Etc. If I click on Size I have to input manually S,M or L. Is there a problem here, this has been going on for a couple of days now.
