Reply to "Custom Item Specifics, No Details Showing Up, Have to Input Manually"

I had the same issue listing books auctiva support indicated it was a problem on the ebay side. Their response was - the problem is that eBay is not giving us item specifics for Book categories like #377, #378, #279 etc through the API call and hence it is not coming in Auctiva. So there is nothing we can do for this issue.
Followed by a suggestion that I enter specifics manually.
