Reply to "Custom Items listing problems"

Dear Sharyn,

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you are experiencing.

I reviewed your account and, although I was unable to find this error in the Notifications section of your account, I believe it was most likely returned because you entered your Item Specifics information using the “Choose Item Specifics” link instead of the “Custom Item Specifics” link.

If you are still struggling to post any of your listings due to this error, I believe you should be able to get around the issue by clicking the “Choose Item Specifics” link, clicking the “Clear” button within that interface, then entering those details in the “Custom Item Specifics” interface and attempting to post the items again.

We became aware of this issue for certain categories recently and will be removing the “Choose Item Specifics” link from the categories in question (including eBay AU category # 32882) as part of an upcoming site update.
