Hi Vince,

This is happening because MS Word notoriously adds additional HTML tags that aren't compatible with basi text editors. In order to avoid this problem, when pasting from MS Word, please use the "Paste from Word" button on the Auctiva descripiton editor. This button has an icon reflecting a clipboard with an "M" on it. Then, paste your text in the text box of the ensuing pop up window, and click "OK" to transfer the text to the Auctiva description editor.
