Defalt for Font & Size?

I'm guessing there is a way to do this (in profiles??) but I have yet to find a way to make all listings a set font and size. I usually compose listings in word then "cut and paste" to Auctiva. Rather than change my Word default font and size, is there a way to make the inserted test default to what I want in Auctiva? As it stands now, I have to go through the steps of pasting the text into Auctiva, select all text, change font and change size. Is there an easier way??
