deleting pics

Help! trying to understand all of the image hosting as my account gets upgraded because i have too many in my account!
1. can you delete pics from auctiva on live listings on ebay? Will the pics be removed from the listing?

2. What happens if you ever want to leave auctiva and they are hosting your pics? do all of the listing pictures vanish once auctiva service discontinued?

3. what is the best way to reach auctiva? They seem very ghost like for support......
