Reply to "Description Field Missing"

This is an ongoing problem with Audtiva. Don't waste your time with a trouble ticket. They will tell you it's your browser, which I doubt is the real issue. When this happens to me (somedays it does, some days it doesn't) you have to log off, shut down the browser (I use Firefox) , reopen it and log into Auctiva again. It is a pain, but that seems to work. If this was a browser problem it would happen all the time. You may also get a weird popup box (I forget what it says) about something not being found. Once you get that box, you have to log off Auctiva etc. Hope this helps a bit.
