Hi Stelly,

I haven't heard of this particular issue before so you may want to file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page and out support staff will assist you.

To check if the "Preview" button on the lister page is malfunctioning, you can go to Auctiva -> Listings -> Saved Listings, click the box next to your listing, and click "Preview" on that page. If that preview displays correctly, you can be confident your listing will post tio eBay as it should.
