DESCRIPTION TAG HELP PLEASE!!

If someone can take a look at this and tell me where I should put the description tag in, I'd greatly appreciate it!!! I want my listing to look EXACTLY like this (I will add photos later)so could someone place the description tag in my html so that I know how to do it from next time? Thanks for your help!!!
