Did anyone else with windows 7 & IE 9 have problems listing during eBay free listing

I ran into major problems during the eBay free listing promotion. On Thurs of last week everything was fine. On Fri all of the sudden I rec'd nothing but error msgs & couldn't list or relist without getting error msg. I filed a support case & received NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. They claimed NO ONE ELSE WAS SUBMITTING PROBLEM so they brushed me off as it was my problem. A windows update occured & suddenly Auctiva started working OK for the most part. (Still get occasional error msgs & changes aren't saved.) I'm so angry at the RUDE & LACK OF SERVICE FROM MICHAEL AT AUCTIVA. In JAN I'm going to research other 3rd party services & even consider going with just eBay since 12 pics are free now.

I'm so angry with lack of consideration & rudeness from top level at Auctiva.
