In fact, from my dealings with Live Help... I think they have a knowledgebase that they copy and paste their responses from, and it often has little or nothing to do with the questions asked.
Those are bots that are answering Live/Dead Help Questions.
I ALWAYS preface any contact with Live/Dead Help with: Let me have your supervisor.
And if it sounds like canned/copied pasted responses from the supervisor, I state let me have your supervisor.
Or if you have a store, you can call your store rep and hear a human voice.
