Different Scrolling Gallerys?

Have an eBay store - selling Product A
If I get a second eBay store - selling Product B

The two product lines would NOT in any way complement each other.

Q - Therefore I would NOT want the 2 different product lines to show up in the Same Scrolling Gallery. Need two DIFFERENT Scrolling Gallerys. Is that possible?
