Reply to "Disabling Auctiva checkout question."

I really regret trying Auctiva out. This is a nightmare. There are two of us listing on two computers from our home. One of us used eBay to list items and the other used Auctiva. None of our customers who won the items listed using Auctiva are able to pay for them.

Now we are worried that if we relist the Auctiva items that didn't sell, even if we relist them through ebay, that when they do sell they will have the same Auctiva checkout problem. If we turn off Auctiva checkout will they still use Auctiva checkout when they are relisted?

Is there a way to force our sold items that are unpaid to revert to ebay checkout? I read though all the related threads on this forum and can see that this has been a problem from the start with Auctiva and the claims that it has been fixed are untrue.
