Any of the outside companies that Ebay deal with just had to say this auction is copy right and they pull it without checking anything, not a thing.
And it is up to the seller to contact that outside company and get a letter from them///GOOD LUCK////.
You have to learn tricks to get around this stupid stuff when your the honest one..

NOW dont start talking about China/Hong Kong sellers. Ebay does NOT give them any discipline due to the amount of money they make Ebay. China/Hong Kong can ship with tracking for under $5. But to return their bad products it $17 plus $4 W/Return Receipt and China/Hong Kong do not abide with USA postal rules.
Money talk the rest is lip service.
Auctiva start your own Ebay style auction website maybe or does Ebay own stock in you too????????????
