do I have a store or not? AKA how'd I screwup!?!

Please help me figure out what I'm doing wrong. on store settings it shows my store status (domain name "thewalzexperience") is activated.
I posted two ads which went through as successful yet I recieved account notification stating "failure", "API error" and "you must be a store owner to list store"
What am I not doing right? I have my EBAY token and have racked my brain (which unfortunately isnt saying alot)over the tutorials and Im stumped!
