Do I have to list with actavia to get the cross promotion?

Do i have to list with actavia to get the sliding show other auctions bar? Or can I do it through ebay? Does it automatically start after I generated the ebay token? If so, I did something wrong because it's not showing up, my andale one is. I did cancel my andale like 5 minutes before I signed up for this. Can anyone help?
