do I have to load up each profile with EVERY auction?

I really like using the lister except for one timewasting niggle - I use the same set of profiles for each listing but it seems as if I have to load each one in turn for each listing, I know that it's only a minute or two in total but over 60 listings per week that's a good hour waiting for these profiles to fill themselves in. Am I misunderstanding something? is there a quicker way to do this...Thank you
