Hi Natural*Mystic,

If your images are hosted elsewhere, Auctiva will still import your gallery/header image into Auctiva to be displayed in the Auctiva store and store window.

Is your issue that "Loading Image" is being displayed in your store window? If so, the reason is...

We are in the process of transferring our hosted images on to new servers, which should increase the speed and reliability of our image hosting service. During this process, many users' images be unavailable or fail to load for periods of time.

This process should be completed by the morning of 2/17, at which point this issue should be resolved.

We appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.
