I don't even remember my sale with her, so it must have been fine. Her ebay name stuck in my head, which is the only reason I remember doing business with her. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Maybe I need to get thicker skin!

My customers are generally so sweet - that's probably why it bugged me so much.
