Yes Dreamweaver is more than anyone here would need. You should be able to find a reasonably good desktop HTML editor for under $100.

Besides CoffeeCup I've heard of another called HotDog Pro that runs $99 also.

What others are available and popular? I'd assume there is at least one decent free one out there people use?
