Does Auctiva Host Images for other sites beside EBay

We sell fishing lures on a site called Joe's Old Lures. He has a Message Board and it is possible to upload pictures to a web site to your ad on his message board. Can I use Auctive to host the pictures that I want to transfer to his web site? I have been trying to use Picassa and I am not having much luck?
