Domain email not working

Hi,

I recently purchased a domain from Auctiva, I also used the email feature, the emails worked fine for the first few weeks however now I am not receiving any emails at all. I have checked that the forwarding address is correct. I have not received some important emails because of this glitch, does any one know why this is happening and how it can be fixed.
