Reply to "Domain name shows store "does not exist""

Evidently, the support site was not working well yesterday. I filed this again this morning, immediately got acknowledgment that it was received (didn't get that yesterday), then, shortly after, it was resolved. THANK YOU DAVE W. and the rest of the auctiva support staff.
