Down For Three Hours?

I was unable to access Auctiva from around noon until 3pm Eastern. This has been happening to me all week....every time I try to use Auctiva it's either down or only up for a short time before the "page cannot be displayed". However, I haven't really seen anything on the boards about it, so I'm wondering if anyone else has been having the same problem, with as much consistency. Thanks.
