:mad Is there any way of claiming back lost money for ebay

listings which have been duplicated by Auctiva?

If not, when Auctiva starting charging fees for their services, I hope that they have the necessary infrastructure and procedures in place to ensure that when they make errors like this the customer is refunded with ebay's listing charges?

Auctiva, please comment on this.
