easy way to save active listings, add template to active listings

I'm surprised that there isn't an easy way to add active listings to the saved file. I'm also surprised that you can't just add the html of the template you want to use in a bulk edit to add to listings. Prior to using Auctiva, I have over 300 active listings and don't have the time to go through and re-create each one in auctiva. The reasons I am using Auctiva is for 1. templates, 2. International shipping ease, 3. Insurance, & 4. complete billing for listing, shipping, and insurance.

Another big issue is the constant crashing, timing out and slow response time.
