ebay account suspened?

my ebay account was blocked due to late payment. however it is now updated and back online. when i try to upload an aution from autiva to ebay, it says my ebay account needs to be paid in full to list. my ebay account is fully opperational and up to date. i even generated a token and it shows my feedback the same as on ebay. anyone know why it would do this? thanks for the help.
