Reply to "Ebay and Auctiva info are not the same"

I'm having the same problem. Have had since I started using auctiva around 3 weeks ago. The info in auctiva is never right. Have to go directly to e-bay to see what's happening with my auctions. What use is it to us if it's never correct???.... might as well not be there!.... I don't mind waiting for an update but it should be accurate at least MOST of the time.
