ebay and auctiva shops

I've seen several answers but needed to ask another few questions as I'm still confused:

I take it the ebay shop and auctiva shop are two different things?

How do we upload to the ebay shop?
Does the auctiva shop show on ebay and does it replace the ebay shop?
