Reply to "ebay error"

Hi, I am new to the Auctiva world. I have only been using it for about a week. I was a Turbo liste before. I have had a problem with relisting an item with ebay with the same message about spending limit, I finally figured out after 3 different tries that it wasn't a money thing, The listing title had Tiffany in it. As soon as I took that out of the title, everything was fine.
I wish there was a way to put the program on my computer to build my listing, then upload to ebay. waiting for description, picture and other links are frustrating.
